Mary Jane Goldman is a pen name for two sisters, Melanie Andromidas and Jessica Bowman. In middle school English class, Jessica was given a writing prompt to create a short story. While working on the story, she asked her sister Melanie to help.
When the story was submitted, Jessica’s teacher gushed about how well done it was. It even made her cry. Years later, Jessica found the short story and brought it up to Melanie. While reminiscing, the two sisters decided it would be fun to write together again.
Although each has their own life and other jobs to commit to, they schedule time to work together every week. Years after beginning their writing journey, they completed their first book “Visions of Wysteria”.
